Who we are

CFB Predictor ("the site", "we") publishes statistical predictions for college football games. We can be reached at help@cfb-predictor.com.

What this service is, and is not

We publish the output of a statistical model: a predicted margin for each game, a projected combined score, and a calibrated win probability, alongside the sportsbook line for comparison.

This is information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, not financial advice, and not a recommendation to wager on anything. No outcome is guaranteed. The model is wrong regularly and by design we publish its record so you can see how often.

Past performance does not predict future results. Any historical accuracy figure shown on the site describes what already happened; it is not a projection of what the model will do next.

We do not accept wagers, process bets, or act as a sportsbook. Whether you gamble, where, and under what law is entirely your own decision and responsibility. You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction if you choose to, and gambling is prohibited outright in some jurisdictions.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at help@cfb-predictor.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You must give a real email address you control. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or breach these terms.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that period; if we change prices, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you beforehand.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for refunds.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute our predictions or data, and you may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site depends on third-party data (including collegefootballdata.com) that can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and predictions depend on that data. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

No warranty, and limits on our liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site — including, specifically and without limitation, any money you lose gambling. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, and the courts of the State of Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction.
