Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

A season pass is a single payment, not a subscription. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and you will not be charged again. Access begins when you buy and runs to the end of the season, including the postseason.

All sales are final

A season pass is non-refundable. Buying it opens every prediction for the rest of the season at once, and information cannot be returned once it has been read.

New accounts get 7 days of full access to the predictions free, with no card required. The trial ends automatically with no charge. To continue afterward, buy a one-time season pass. Existing accounts do not receive a new trial.

Billing errors

A duplicate charge is not a refund, it is a mistake, and we will put it right. Tell us if you were charged more than once for the same pass, or charged while a valid pass was already on your account.

Email help@cfb-predictor.com from the address on your account, saying which charge you mean. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Corrections go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually take 5-10 working days to appear.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction.
