Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

A season pass is a single payment, not a subscription. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and you will not be charged again. Access begins when you buy and runs to the end of the season, including the postseason.

Refunds

A season pass is non-refundable once you have used it, because buying it opens the picks for the whole season immediately.

We will refund in full if:

• you were charged more than once for the same pass;
• you bought a pass while a valid one was already on your account; or
• the site was substantially unavailable for a significant part of the season your pass covers.

If you bought by mistake and have not viewed any paid picks, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.

How to request a refund

Email help@cfb-predictor.com from the address on your account, telling us which charge you mean. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and typically take 5-10 working days to appear.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction.
